  1. “Strive” – what a concept in a world of entitlement!

    1. To exert much effort or energy; endeavor.
    2. To struggle or fight forcefully; contend

Luk 13:23 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Luk 13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

  2. Greetings,

As our brother Robert has stated …. (The devils know the Word better than anyone. They respect it! They believe it and God’s Christ. And as the apostle said, THEY TREMBLE! Do we?) There is no fear in these comments; their salvation is all wrapped up like a big present to them …. Christ has done it ALL. Their deceived minds of the easy gospel are all about me – me – me. I have found myself in a perpetual state of mourning for those caught up in these paganized doctrines.
It is so sad reading over all these comments i.e. repent means to change your mind – that is agree with God that you are a sinner – NOT TURN FROM SIN – wow!

Also the OSAS is a real trap, they feel Jesus will continue to wash them clean in their “knowingly” sins.

Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mar 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Enduring to the end faithfully without growing cold or apostatizing – shall be saved, shall be delivered.

Be faithful unto death – Be firm, hold fast the faith, confess Christ to the last It is said of Polycarp that when brought before the judge, and commanded to abjure and blaspheme Christ, he firmly answered, “Eighty and six years have I served him, and he never did me wrong, how then can I blaspheme my king who hath saved me?” He was then adjudged to the flames, and suffered cheerfully for Christ his Lord and Master.

The super comment was (If they were God’s elect, God would kill them and take them to heaven before they messed up too much.) … Poor, sad soul.

    Linda
